Certified in 1971, Roger has been diving for more
than half his life. Roger has over 10,000 logged dives and has
certified over 1500
divers. Thru the years he has visited some of the worlds most
exotic places and in 1996 decided to leave it all behind to call Oahu
home. Roger is an instructor/specialty instructor with several agencies and is able to certify students all the way thru to
instructor.
When he has the chance, Roger takes a 35mm camera
along for the dive and captures dramatic black and white stories - as it
is not just a picture, but a moment he captures that has a story to
tell.
Roger lives and breathes scuba, as one can tell from
his vast collection of scuba gear and books dating all the way back to
1948. Every now and then he unpacks one of his twin hose regs and goes
out for a nostalgic dive. |

Although born in Chicago, Lisa spent the greater part of her life living
in Europe. Art has always played a very big role in all she does, winning
her first prize in an art contest when she was in the 1st grade. She had her own
craft shop for over 10 years, taught 100’s of craft classes and seminars a year and
toured the European Craft Circuit, demonstrating at stores and
international tradeshows (all over the world), European QVC
and on local TV.
Lisa, who is now a
dive master, became scuba certified in the year 2000 while on vacation in
Egypt. Two years later she moved to Hawaii to be with her Turtleguy.
After feeling sure of herself in the water she started to add art to her
new found passion by taking underwater pictures.
First using a 35mm, then switching to a digital point & shoot and
currently working with an Olympus C5050z in an underwater housing.
Taking the pictures is half the fun. Once downloaded, Lisa works for
hours on the computer, editing, coloring, restyling and layering some of
the photos so they become a piece of art.
